Refund policy

At BuyFromLara, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your fitness and wellness gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

  1. 30-Day Return Window
    You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Return Shipping Costs
    Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the original shipping label. Contact us first at info@buyfromlara.shop to receive the correct return warehouse address.
  3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
    Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
    To process a replacement or refund for a damaged item, please email us at info@buyfromlara.shop with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the defect. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
  4. Non-Returnable Items
    For hygienic and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:
    Worn or washed fitness clothing/apparel.
    Personal care goods (items that directly touch bare skin and cannot be resold, if opened).
    Sale items or gift cards.
  5. Refunds Processing
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.

14-day withdrawal period for purchases within the European Union.

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
